Becky Gale, Life Coach and creator of Cure Chronic, and myself caught-up to discuss my current remission since our last conversation.

Since the last podcast that Becky and i did back inn October a lot has changed for the positive. My new found self-awareness helped me to realize that a lot of emotional distress I’d been experiencing was a serious contribution to my Adenomyosis flare-ups. As we know, it’s been a long and hard journey; living with daily pelvic pain and cramps was my new norm for a couple of years. Since taking self love and care more serious in the last year, I recently started to see changes within myself: healthy weight gain, less pelvic pain, the desire to cook and eat, and back to a normal menstrual cycle.
